"This property is so lovely. It needs some love, but for the price and location cannot be beat. It’s scheduled to be demolished, so owner isn’t putting any money on refurbishing, but it’s currently pretty decent. On site manager, Natalia, is a gem. Very responsive and really works to make your stay 4 star. Heated pool was perfect, and bed linen was on par. Definitely would stay here again if it’s still around. "

"Wanted to have a one night reset with my wife and daughter on the first of the year.It was perfect. Very private at the end of the road with beautiful decor and vibe. Very quiet and low light so it was a perfect place to watch the stars during a lovely fire outside.The bed was very comfortable and overall very clean. Next time i will bring some food to grill."

"The Getaway in DHS is a real gem. It’s four apartments constructed around a lovely walled courtyard. The location is in the foothills out of the way but really close to everything. We loved the decor. The comfy king bed was good for watching Netflix and sleeping. Eric, the host is great a genuinely concerned, available owner. We will definitely stay here on a future visit"

"The location and size is great, this place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of attention. It needs a deep clean. For example there was a lot of cob webs, the chairs outside were very dusty, those details matter. The bed is sinking in the middle. Also the place needs a lot of repairs, for example there was a loose floor plank, and the bathroom door is coming apart. The coffee station is not appealing. Overall this could be a great little place but it appears no attention has been given...

"This condo is steps from the pool and tennis courts, but walkable in many other ways. We easily walked to shops and restaurants that made the stay even more convenient. No need to rent a car and we just used ride-shares when we wanted to go downtown or elsewhere. I’ll choose this properly again when I go back to Palm Springs."

"The property had all the amenities I needed. The property resembled a small apartment, which is plenty of room for 4 guests. The front desk was very receptive to the requests of items and was easily reachable via phone. The only downside to the property is that the walls were very thin. I could hear the people walking in the hallway, the luggages rolling on the pavement, and the lawn mower going off every now and then. "
