"The check in lady was amazing and fast "

"The property itself was very good. we ticked the box that said “payment at hotel”. We used our Canadian credit card to hold the room and we were going to pay with our US account credit card when we arrived b” .Unfortunately the hotel did not follow what Expedia had told us in writing it would do and it charged us before we even got there therefore we had to pay $1.43 Per Dollar for our room. This is completely unacceptable. When Expedia stated we would be charged when we arrived at the hotel not at 6 o’clock in the morning of the day of the arrival. This is unacceptable. And the front desk was no help whatsoever. I would like Expedia to contact me with my disappointment in the actions of this hotel. Otherwise, the place itself was very good. No complaints."

"This brand new barely broken in hotel at the time one month old was very new and very nice I enjoyed my stay felt comfortable first time I've seen a hybrid hotel with two brands and one building I think there should be more of those and I will definitely stay there again staff is above average and willing and eager to help with any of your needs"
