"The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakura machi mall with lot of dining options. There is also a park next to it and in holiday time they put a Christmas market. The roof top onsen is the most important part, relaxing and fun. They offer free ramen and popsicle. "

"I just loved staying here - it was the most comfortable hotel in my trip to kyushu. The hotel is new and clean, the furnishings and design has a luxurious feel, the pillows and bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The location is super convenient - I walked to all the main sights and shopping areas in Kumamoto, also it is located above the bus station and shopping mall - so it was easy to get to the Kumamoto train station and to get food. The last day was raining heavily, I was glad that I didn’t have to bring the luggage in the rain - it was all sheltered from the hotel to the bus to the train station. I could see the castle from my room, which made staying in very pleasant! "

"Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!"
