"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."

"The location of this hotel is essential whilst visiting this city. The staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. Whereas there may well be hotels with large lobby's, onsite restaurants or bar's this one knew what mattered when it came to customer service. I will definitely stay there again when i return to Australia "
