"The property was awesome. We especially enjoyed the marvelous ocean view. The only negative experience was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom and the fan was very loud, because of this, it was impossible to fully enjoy our stay. Restrictions on temperature controls was also a negative. "

"We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any). "We loved our stay here, in fact we loved it so much we plan on staying here next year as well. The condo was clean, organized, bathroom and beach towels were a plus! We absolutely love the heated pool. The host, Winnie was amazing. She provided check in details with pictures to help us find the place. I loved the detail. She was also very quick to respond when I reached out to her with questions. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Love the location and host was very responsive but property manager never responded to us to fix issues, our AC in living room didnt work, the listing says hot tub and there is no hot tub. Ants were all over kitchen, master bedroom tv didnt work or dvd player. The view that this condo has kinda makes you forget about the cons of the condo I will say that. Could be perfect with a lil more attention in cleaning. Also no washer or dryer kind of a bummer when your traveling with children"

"We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous.
