Hacienda Montana Soñadora

3.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (160)
"You can still see the luxury and opulence that this mountain estate once represented. We felt it everywhere for the week we stayed. But it was the management that made us feel most special. Ricardo and his family took us in and showed us a type of hospitality that we can only describe as gracious. We were invited to dinners on the rooftop patio, breakfast was always generous, the pool and hot tub were activated on our request and moreover we felt at home in this peaceful tropical retreat. "This is extremely affordable, but it's not for you if you need a luxury place. No air conditioning for example. But for me who just needed a place to sleep at night it was great. Nice mini fridge in room. Neighborhood fine, lockbox on gate so easy to come and go with code. Extra charge for late arrival. I'm a solo female, and it was fine. "

The Serene House Bed & Breakfast

3.0 star property

"This B&B is new and very beautiful. The property is amazingly beautiful - on a mountain at the edge of the rain forest with stunning view of the mountain sides and the ocean. The owners have created a very peaceful and beautiful bed and breakfast. They live in the main house with a lovely pool. Breakfast is served in the main house and is quite nice. They have 6 new stand alone cottages along the mountain side. No mosquitos, very comfortable, sweet sounds of Puerto Rican frogs can be heard...

"This Bed & Breakfast is a hidden gem. Very clean and beautiful surroundings. We loved staying here and relaxing. The best part of the visit for us was the hospitality of the hosts, Jessica and Ruben. We shared holiday drinks and had breakfast with them. Fantastic, friendly people. (And Ruben is a great cook!) We would definitely come back!"

Serenity Rainforest Retreat

3.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (6)
"The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."

Rainforest Inn

4.0 star property

"The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. You are asked for your coffee order conveniently before breakfast so you can enjoy a fresh cup before breakfast outside overloking the lush vegetation and the Atlantic. The owners greet you when you arrive with a tasty welcoming drink and get yoi settled in. A wonderful, helpful staff (shout out to Diane)...

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room is small and intimate, not suited for a full family but perfect for a couples getaway. WiFi is available to connect to, there’s no television in the room so bring a tablet or laptop if you’re interested in watching a show or two at night as you settle in for the evening. It’s a great location if you’re looking to disconnect none the less. Beds are on the firm side, AC/Heat unit in the room.👍 This location is the perfect location from where...

Your sustainable escape in the skirt of El Yunque!

"Jessica and Ruben were incredible hosts. Their property is so gorgeous with views of both the rain forest and the ocean. We loved that their animals were roaming around! After chatting with Jessica and Ruben over their fantastic homemade and authentic breakfast (our favorite of the entire trip) we truly got to see how their vision of a sustainable bed and breakfast has begun to take shape. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and would...

Nestled on a hill with Mountain Views

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"I had a great time staying in this private room. The hosts were very nice and helpful for whatever ever I needed and the room was very clean and has a really comfy bed. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. I recommend this place 100%"
