"Great staff- helpful & cooperative, making bookings for us, arranging pick up & drop off to airport. While it is about 2km from the restaurant area in the city centre, the walk twice a day at least ensured we didn't put on weight after all the delicious food & beverages we consumed. Hotel was comfortable & clean but basic; breakfasts adequate & wifi that was always available (unlike some locations)."

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"Its a new hotel, breakfast was ok. Room was spacious but quite hot until you turn the air con on. Bathroom is small. You need to press hot water switch approx 20min before taking a shower to activate it. Location is ok, near residential area, some cafes and restaurants around the corner. If you use grab, its easy to get around the city = within 10min you can visit many tourist places. I didnt mind my stay here. Didnt hate it. Didnt love it."

"Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well. No major bathroom issues. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider to stay in future. "
