We only stayed here one night between Da Nang & Hanoi. This is an excellent hotel with impeccable service. It's well appointed and has a great breakfast and room service. We enjoyed having a balcony as well. I'd stay here again if I was back in Hue.

I can just remark on the breakfast buffet and the room condition because I only stayed for one night and we checked in late and out early. The hotel personnel is knowledgeable and amiable, and the establishment is tidy and well-maintained. They provide a great breakfast buffet, which is a great perk for travelers who are always on the go and must depart early.

Incredibly attentive staff who noticed that a member of our group of 16 had a birthday during our stay and offered to provide a small cake for a quick celebration. It made her day that much more special. I'm not a fan of the open bathroom, but the rooms were spacious, the breakfast excellent, and the decor is nice. Hotel provided transfers were also a good value. We all liked staying there and would do so again. Also would recommend to others.

Indochine is a 5-star heritage hotel with amazing and helpful staff. The breakfast offered was very good and the restaurant has excellent international dishes and desserts. Compliments to the chef for preparing delicious chocolate souffles for me 3 times in a row, in addition to many other great dishes. Ngoc, who worked in the main dining room, was very helpful and offered excellent customer service. My mom adored her and had the highest praises for Ngoc. We felt very welcomed during check-in and were offered welcome drinks. Julia checked us in and also checked us out. She was warm, friendly, and very gracious. Overall, our stay was great. The staff really elevated our experience and we appreciate them so very much. The spa was very relaxing and my massage was so wonderful. Frankly, if it weren’t for the staff, my ratings for this hotel might not have been as high because the hotel could use some new carpeting. It looked a little tired on the surface.

What a beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful stay and can't recommend the Indochine Palace high enough. Every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and luxurious and there are welcoming places to eat and lounge with a cocktail. On our last night a fabulous jazz combo played a selection of Christmas songs - terrific musicians and a lovely vocalist. Thank you to the whole team at Indochine Palace for a magical stay. We will be back for sure!
