"I never leave reviews but the service was so good I feel compelled! The room was basic but a good location for the price. The service however was above and beyond! The staff was so helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast of anything you wanted. They helped us book a cheap/reputable motorbike rental to hoi an and gave good local tips. "

"I booked a family room with 2 beds for my family for a night in Hue. Nothing too bad but absolutely not a good choice. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the river, so the atmosphere is great. We love it. Staffs are nice and fast-reacts to our request when there are problems with the lavabo. The guard helped us to carry our luggage when arriving, not when leaving. Cons: This price is absolutely overcharged. With that price, adding $10 or $20, I may get a much better option in a nice...

"Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well.
