"I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town. "I got this hotel for its location for a few things I wanted to do and that was great. The room was big and comfortable but the downside for me was no mini fridge in the room and the AC wasn’t working. There are a lot of elevators, a few of them I started avoiding bc they would jolt a lot and make lots of noises which made me nervous. All the elevators were really dirty. Not exactly a dealbreaker but for the price tag, there were better expectations."
