"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing! "

Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. "I got this hotel for its location for a few things I wanted to do and that was great. The room was big and comfortable but the downside for me was no mini fridge in the room and the AC wasn’t working. There are a lot of elevators, a few of them I started avoiding bc they would jolt a lot and make lots of noises which made me nervous. All the elevators were really dirty. Not exactly a dealbreaker but for the price tag, there were better expectations."

"The location and the staff were amazing, especially I have to mention Alex, he inform us incredibly well about what to do in the national park, but also for months in advance, he helped me a lot with the organisation of my trip. I can not be grateful enough to him. The food there also is very tasty. The only thing the bed was to hard , and we are not used to such a kind of mattress. "
