"The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...

"We had an extremely large team stay there 1-2 weeks at the end of the season. The management went over and beyond doing everything in his power to accommodate our team and all our needs. He was always on site & made sure we were all taken care of. Amazing management 👏 we all had an amazing time there and built lifetime memories ❤️ "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. "

"We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. "Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "

"Plus points: Well laid-out hotel. Good spa service, including indoor heated spa pool, gym and jacuzzi for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink plentiful. Lots of sun loungers. Optional organised sporting activities available like darts, table tennis, beach volleyball. Evening bar entertainment was good. Negatives: Sink blocked in our room. Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor!...
