"Our room was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. The shower pan had stray hairs and there was a used towel hanging on the back if the bathroom door. The drink machine failed to dispense a drink at two different times. Upon checkout, the clerk barely made eye contact with me, let alone ask how our stay was. The per fee on Expedia showed as $50 but when we arrived at the property they charged me $75."

"Our renovated top-floor room was well-lit, tile floor is easy to clean. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the loose shower faucet."
