"Rooms were advertised/listed on Trivago as non-smoking; not true. The rooms were inadequate for handicapped access which is what came up in search. Very disappointed!"

"Great overnight stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, nice shower, all the amenities, friendly hosts. Only drawback was breakfast, we were told 6:30 to 9:30 & coffee wasn't ready & waffle iron took 15 minutes to heat up at 7:00. All that was available was toast & cereal. Full breakfasts are only served on Saturday & Sunday."

"The gentleman at check in wasn’t very pleasant. He was on the phone when I went in and although I wasn’t interrupting he didn’t acknowledge my presence not apologize for the wait. He just stood there until I asked what he needed for my check in. The hotel was overall pleasant and we have stayed here in previous trips to Florida. "
