Convenient to the Lincoln Theater. We were able to park and across the theater and food without moving our car. Room was clean and beautiful. Loved the historic feel with all the modern conveniences. Perfect little overnight getaway.

The room was small, but the nice sized bathroom made up for that. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a bit sparse, but ok. Was a great deal for the price.

Very small room but cool decor. Mattress was soft - not comfortable. But linen was nice. Tried to call night desk clerk twice. No answer. Went downstairs and she was there and assisted as needed.

After overcoming some minor things like no heat the first night, not having ice machines on each floor so we have to ask the front desk clerks for ice, etc it turned out to be a unique and pleasant visit. The front desk staff are top notch. They were friendly and very helpful and offered many suggestions of things to do in the area.

It was conveniently located for a base to attend a family funeral. It was quiet and restful. Parking in the back lot was not friendly for old folks to navigate

Staying in an historic hotel was lots of fun. The details were well preserved, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a lovely porcelain sink and higher end amenities, especially the body wash. They offered a decent breakfast spread. Lastly, it's worth checking out the extra rooms on the upper floor of the lobby, i.e. the Card Room. Everything was beautiful. I hated to leave.

The only downside is that it is not handicap friendly. This is an older, beautiful hotel and there are areas onlly accessible by stairs.

Avoid this hotel! It is managed by someone who lacks basic customer management skills. I booked two rooms to attend an event next door. The event was abruptly canceled with little warning and I called to cancel the rooms as quickly as possible. I was ONE HOUR past the deadline and was refused any type of refund. The outrageous part was that I was charged a third time and while I was eventually refunded that one charge, it was with obvious reluctance and ill grace. I travel frequently and am astonished that anyone would run a customer focused business this way. I made every attempt to resolve this with the manager and the owner, even involving the manager of the theater next door, before posting.
