Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality "

"Great value for money, well-equipped kitchen, just what we needed for an overnight stay on a long journey. Bit of difficulty finding the place, as the flat number given on hotels.com was incorrect, and we didn’t receive an email giving us directions as we should have. In the end we had to download the app in order to find the directions, and zoom in on a photo of the front door to discover the correct flat number!"

"Clean comfortable room , warm ( maybe a little too warm as couldn't adjust towel rail radiator in bathroom .) However comfortable room well equipped with microwave and fridge in room if required and excellent value "

"Arrived to find all lights out. Rang up and was informed the keys were under a rock outside. Room was clean but the mattress on the bed was cheap and worn out. It rates as the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. TV was on a low table instead of the wall resulting in a stiif neck to watch it. Nothing in local area to improve my opinion. I will not be staying again."
