Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was very close to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel no longer has a restaurant/kitchen, Expedia needs to update this info on their website as the hotel no longer provides breakfast on the go. However there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores close by. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were satisfactory. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Hangzhou for a few days. "
