"Nice little place for our family of four adults. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio but wish there was some more furniture out there. For a house that sleeps 4, 2 chairs just didn’t cut it. View is definitely not pretty, but if you like to just sit and chat, the space serves the purpose. There were minor cleanliness issues, but overall we were comfortable in the house. Complimentary coffee is a nice touch! Pleasantly surprised to find laundry supplies, dish liquid and paper goods in the house....

"condo/rental not compltely finished. Dirty and moldy outdoor furniture which prevented enjoyment of the balcony. Trash bins filled to the top outside, electrical wires exposed all over the pool area, elevator malfunctioned and my 14 year old got stuck and firefighters had to assist. "Arrived late at night ..and in the rain...The garage door was up and the lights were blazing...making it really easy to see the Orange Cone Gary had mention that I was to park behind. The place was clean and exactly as ,described in the VRBO. There was water in the Fridge, There were beach items for my use. The Lanai was great since I had rain nearly all the time....as was the Hot Tub!! Gary was great about responding both prior to my stay and during my stay! The bed was wonderful...I slept...

"Super clean and cute! Spend a few days for a sisters get away, the sea kayaks were AWESOME to use, we were able to catch the sunrise and sunset and see dolphins playing. We loved the outdoor shower, beach cruisers and hammock! The location is PERFECT so close to everything in Matlacha, and the property owner and the Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the towels were fluffy and linens were soft and clean, cant recommend enough!"
