I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"Beautiful mountain property. Every morning outside was so peaceful. Our room was a little rough and a hard mattress. But it was a peaceful and beautiful 20 minute walk to old Wulai street. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the water was excellent. The private bath filled quickly and the minerals were so good for our skin!"

"We stayed in room 311. The aircon of the room was very bad. Totally poor. It got so bad that we have to get a fan. It is summer, the hotel can do better than to control the aircon at such a high temperature. To be honest, the hotel lobby is so much cooler. "
