"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

The walls are thin so you will hear neighbors if the TV are talking is louder than normal. The gym is limited with equipments, but it does have a separate sauna, jacuzzi room which is nice. The biggest negative is the breakfast. The choices for breakfast were limited and mediocre. The front desk customer service was mediocre."
