"Property seems very new. Service and staff were excellent. Hotel was aware of my VIP status and let us check in as early as 7am and upgraded the room automatically without asking. Amenities were amazing but we didn’t have time to use them. I also have the say the location is super good as well. It’s walking distance to all the tourist attractions yet it is not overwhelming with tourists. "Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London.
