"The hotel was one of the cleanest I've been to in a while. While parking wasn't the best with a broke down truck making it difficult to park in front of my room the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good and I forget the woman's name who is down there but she was super sweet and made sure everything was clean stocked and taken care of."

Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me.
