"EPEC (both of you) were absolutely amazing when I met them on arrival. So kind, helpful, informative and could not do enough to accommodate me and my family. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated by the amazing cleaning ladies - thank you. Rajesh, thank you for managing such a great team downstairs in the Breakfast hall, all ladies especially Mama, were fantastic and put a smile on my face. "Really nice rooms, and the food was excellent. Stayed here for the football, really close to Leyton Orient. Staff are really friendly and will accommodate your requests."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hot breakfast that we paid for was not consumable and I'm not at all a fussy eater and don't have much expectations."

"Bathroom smelt and looked unclean, 1 towel for both of us to use, booked a double room and got a twin, car park very over grown and neglected and in complete darkness at night none of the lighting worked, not safe! Run down and very old fashioned. Would not recommend staying!"
