"I booked the Executive Suite for one night, in part because the picture with the listing showed two windows in the bedroom facing Manhattan. But the listing is wrong and the picture is actually from the Panoramic Suite. I was disappointed because the Executive Suite bedroom has no windows, I showed the front desk clerk the listing and they upgraded me from the Executive Suite to the Panoramic Suite so I would get what I had thought I was reserving. They did a great job. Expedia should be more careful about their listings, they annoy their customers and make the properties look dishonest."
