"Unfortunately after being a return customer over the last 10 years, as a animal lover I will NOT be returning to Golden Hill due to terrible and inhumane living conditions for a very lovely and friendly dog that is locked in a cage with nothing more than its own feces. It is locked up 24/7 and it’s clearly in desperate need of the simple things all animals deserve. "Everything about the property was good. Joi/Nit from the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. Garfield and Ing greeted us with a smile too during our daily bfast. It was lovely to be able to bring our drinks to the deck chairs as well. Only thing is that the mushroom/broccoli served was a little too salty. Room was taken care well by Joy/Nee. Would love to be back to stay in your property."

"We have had amazing time while staying at The Hive in Lamai Beach. Could the rooms (especially the bathroom) do with a refresh? Probably, but the beautiful staff and wonderful location. The staff, from reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping and grounds could not be more welcoming or friendly. I look forward to returning sometime"
