"This hotel is fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds nice big walk in shower. Being right at the airport terminal is a bonus. No shuttle required in the morning to catch your flight. The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. North American holiday Inn Express should all have this much selection. So many hot and cold food...

"there are 2 Hiltons. Make sure you pick the correct one. Should have booked the other at the North terminal. Regardless it is a good room but miles away from reception!!! The bed sheeting was badly made. Tucked in improperly at the end. Think of short sheeting! Everything otherwise was very good. Wifi did not work. Had to get front desk to give us access to an alternate connection. Very helpful staff and pleasant too! Would stay there again if using South terminal. Breakfast buffet was very good...
