Newly renovated Winter Park condo on the Fraser River

Our newly remodeled Winter Park condo sits on the Fraser River, 1 block from Main Street with easy access to the free Ski bus line.

2 bedroom, 1and 1/4 bath condo with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit.

Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area.

Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery.


INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great location for a trip to Winter Park
Enjoyed our stay and with the bus stop right outside the location it couldn’t be easier to get the Winter Park. There is also a fitness center in the rec center where the pool/hot tubs are which was a nice bonus. Would recommend staying here!

Just what we needed
The place was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The kids loved playing in the river. The only criticism I would have is there was no table for eating, but we just ate at the picnic tables outside.

The place was lovely, and the team made everything super easy. I had to make some adjustments to my reservation, and they were gracious and helpful. It was very convenient to the skiing areas as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very accomodating
We were in town for my son’s wedding and Kevin and Patty allowed us to check in early so as to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. The place is so clean and inviting. The location is perfect! You can walk to everything you need in town and the bus is right there for skiing. Great stay!

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The creek right outside, the amenities and the great location made this a wonderful place to spend a relaxing summer week. Lots of fun things to do around there too. The condo is well furnished, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely reccomend

Beautiful home away from home
Loved staying on the property and described perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great in being able to prepare our own meals. We had to cut our stay earlier but next time will definitely enjoy the hot tub and amenities on the property. The extra sink in the primary room was helpful in getting ready since there is only one bathroom in the condo.
