"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper...
