"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. RUDE RUDE and RUDE!!!"

It is a new home, in a nice neighborhood about 15 minutes from the Wake Forest campus which was convenient for our visit. The home is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the front door lock and the owner responded quickly to advise how to navigate (and said that he would get a locksmith to fix). "
