"The desk service was personalized and pleasant and the rooms were clean and great temperature for settling in. There were no extra towels for shower mat usage. The attendant indicated that we should leave used towels outside and we would get them back after they were washed so I guess guest had been stealing towels. 0verall, the stay was pleasant. "

"Room was clean to the eye. I had to go over it myself. Bed was uncomfortable but manageable and the roaches were mainly in the bathroom but saw some in the kitchen. I couldn’t unpack because of it so I kept the majority of my things in my car. Customer service/front desk was good."

"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. RUDE RUDE and RUDE!!!"

"The place is cozy with clever designs, such as the coffee table that converts to a dining table. I think Kumi has thought of everything that would make a stay comfortable. Blue H2O is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The bed was comfortable, on the softer side, with very puffy pillows. The hot tub was relaxing. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard as it was rainy and cloudy, but our dogs enjoyed it. "
