"We'd been to the hotel restaurant several times; this was our first time staying at the hotel. We love all the indoor and outdoor seating areas. We had a King balcony room and were able to relax out there before dinner. Halls were quiet - we didn't even hear the dog next door! Beds comfortable, bathroom towels were amazing. The soaps and shampoos smelled wonderful. Service and food in restaurant was excellent as always; make sure to order the squash blossoms and the signature soup. "

"Everything was great except the free breakfast that was supposed to be available till 9 AM. Two of us arrived at 8:30 AM to find all the chairs up on table tables. Every food bin was empty and there was one coffee mug. And we arrived 30 minutes before it was supposed to end. When we addressed the staff, they were clearly annoyed and really had no interest in assisting us. This almost completely ruined the fact that the rooms were very clean and the overall hotel was very nice."
