"I love this hotel, but I had a room for two and the second person would be arriving late, I let the day staff know, but he had come later in the night and the day staff did not let the night staff know that a guest would be arriving late. The man at the front desk thought my boyfriend wanted to rent a room, my boyfriend was telling him he was arriving late, the man did not understand and so my boyfriend went outside to call me, the man followed my boyfriend to the door and locked the door behind...
