The elevator won’t work and we were stuck on the third floor, had to track down staff to get them to trigger the elevator doors. It was 11:05am. Very frustration when we have all our things including a 7 month old with stroller and hands full. "

"The property is under construction. The work started really early on our first morning but after I gave them the feedback, it got better. The room is really not sound proof. I was woke up in the middle of the night by some happy noise next room connected to our room. I could clearly hear the movement and conversation of the people making the movement. "
