"This apartment was in a great location. Overall an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Winnipeg. We could walk to our concert at Canada Life Center and many restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views from the apartment. Bedrooms are a bit crammed but comfortable beds were great. Note- you can get a parking pass for the garage, ahead of time, which would save some money if we knew this ahead of time."

"Overall this beats a hotel and I will stay here again but there were small issues as to be expected. 1. No sheets on either bed, just a comforter, this was very strange. 2. "The place was beautiful and quiet. It presented as clean, but the floor didn't seem to be washed. I took a white towel to wipe the floor in front of the bathroom sink, and the paper towel was pretty much the color of charcoal. My husband and I stayed at the suit for two nights left the suite in exactly the same condition we saw it when we arrived. "This apartment was great for our stay, a close drive to shopping like Ikea, Costco, outlet mall. It was bright and the bedrooms were spacious. We were 5 adults and one infant and had enough space. The pullout couch was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people, but would probably be suitable for one person. The property was a little hard to find the first time, but host instructions are accurate. Check-in was super easy!"

"This is my second time renting this property. The home is well laid out and the bedrooms are a nice size. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located to all conveniences."

"Property is nice, restaurant is lovely. Staff was excellent. We booked downtown as that was where our early morning appointment was, otherwise we would have avoided downtown Winnipeg. Parking is annoying, the area is not someplace that you feel safe. Cards for going up in the elevators don't really work well when you get in an elevator with 2 men hiding that don't have a card and ride up to your floor with you . Overall would be a fantastic place to stay if you are going to a game or concert for the location, but on a quiet day its a bit more concerning."
