"1 night stay, so didn't have enough time to try out the pool, but otherwise an enjoyable stay. Staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice size with comfy bed and little extras like robes and slippers. Only issue was no shower gel in shower just shampoo and conditioner. Had an evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. Possibly a little short staffed in the evening, but the women, who appeared to be the duty manager, was on top of everything and copingg...

"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was amazing and we loved eating at Mizumi! We couldn’t fault the hotel really (other than we didn’t seem to have much water pressure in our bathroom) and would definitely stay again! The only disappointment was the spa, it was extremely busy so couldn’t really use the facilities, I think the photos make it look bigger than it actually is. It’s lovely, but too small for the number of people that are allowed in! "
