"Not sure if it was due to understaffing but the young lady welcoming us was kind and efficient but not very friendly. We ordered wine at the start of our dinner and did not receive it until our main course ( drank water with our appetizers). We were the only ones in the dinning room between 6 and 7 so not sure what happened. We also were charged for two beers after we had checked out…. We had to call to find out what the charge was, maybe we could of been notified at check out that you forgot...

"This is our 3rd stay at Latimer House, and it’s perfect for us. The location is good and the rooms are big enough. The only problem we encountered this stay was the radiator wouldn’t heat up fully so of a morning the room was very cold, the radiator probably just needs bleeding but in 3 years we have stayed here that’s the first problem we’ve ever had. The bed as always was very comfy and the tv allows you to log into your Netflix and Amazon prime account which is nice. There is no check in...

"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "The stay was over priced. £100 for B&B out of season in a very small (9' x 10'6") room with bathroom only slightly larger than the bathroom on an aircraft. There was no room for a chair in the room. A single bed would have been more appropriate for this room. The decor of the room was however very good. Demi however was extremely welcoming and apologetic about there being no kitchen or bar services due to.power .. The room was very spacious, plenty of hot water and beds very comfy.
