"Not bad fir a 2 star. The check in takes forever. No automation. I feel bad for the front desk person because the Rodeway check in system is so slow and complex. "

"Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. Overall the room was clean. I liked the toiletries they had and that they didn’t go in the room for the duration of my stay. It’s 4 blocks away from the convention center which...

"I loved the property from the time I checked in. It’s a beautiful building with aon-site options for dining. Extremely clean and charming. I loved the r&b that was playing each time that I came into the lobby area. All of the decor is modern. The moment I stepped into the suite, I was blown away by the layout from the price. The space is thoughtfully laid out with all the needs for long term stay. The one issue I did have was using the temperature controls properly on the thermostat (not saavy...

"Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. The hotel is situated in a great spot located downtown, next to Reading Station ( a galore of places to find food ( now honestly you have to be careful cause everything is not that good- the ice cream next by the soul Food spot is AMAZING, even the soul food spot is crazy( good) lines are long though and that should tell you something ! Once we came in to the hotel of course the policy is no check ins until 3pm but the staff generously offer to hold your bags with tags on them for when you return if you decide to leave and explore Philadelphia. Check in was smooth . Rooms were cool . Nothing too crazy. But when I tell you these 4 individuals makes your stay enjoyable . Tatianna, I believe Sara. The fire bar tender Samir and the amazing Angela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tell you hospitality at its finest- made the stay especially amazing because she informed us of all transportation, the area, where not to go , how to get some place , the AMAZING food spots. These individuals are what made the stay even better!!"
