"I moved here after having a bad experience and leaving early from one of the cheap 80s motels down the street. It seems most of the towns hotels are all dated the same era and are gross but this one was the exception. Modern decor, clean, and fantastic effort by the staff. This is the only place to stay in Williams! I wasn’t from here, let me spare you, there is a strip of gross motels/hotels. Stay here, it’s the best and not part of the gross group. "

"Front desk employee helped me get close to an exit on the first floor so i could easily take my service dogs out to go to the restroom. "

"Yes it is now part of the Motel 6 so the front desk staff will be at the original motel 6 building to check in. If your room is in this building they will have to walk over to the other front desk office to provide you with the keys and ask you to meet them there. They definitely need a better system for this as I could see why it could be an inconvenience for some. Staff doesn’t provide white glove customer service but they made my check in easy, didn’t give attitude so I don’t mind it....
