"Surprisingly quiet for being close to highway access. Includes a Breakfast off the side of the office entrance which is handy for those who need to get on the road quickly. Updated shower/bathroom. Microwave/coffee maker and fridge. We didn't utilize tv while there. Folding table and chair in our 2 bed room. Sufficient for us as we were out the door and gone all day. Used it for Sunday morning coffee before church and writing post cards at the end of the trip. And yes,...clean! "

"The property is just 2 miles from the entrance to Chiricahua National Monument. It is about 30 miles from any restaurant, but we knew that and made sure to buy groceries on our way there. There is butter and eggs provided as well as some spices, olive oil and salt and pepper. A small kitchen but well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. It was very clean and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and live on the property. We saw a javelina and some deer. The sunsets and night sky are beautiful. "

"It was indeed cozy, oversized recliner, plenty of blankets. Everything was clean, well equipped..even a Keurig coffee machine. Perfect for the 2 of us."
