The extras like the tea and coffee and toiletries were of very good quality. We used the spa (which you need to book) and the gym, both were small but had everything you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return."

"Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. "
