"What a property! Fabulous place to stay at Christmas time. We had a lovely break and enjoyed the local area for walks. The only thing that let it down was the condition of the cooker - it was extremely dirty and really needed a deep clean."

"We’ve just returned from 3 nights at East Lodge. What can I say other than wow! It’s a great little house, quirky and unique, in a really beautiful and remote setting. There’s no light or noise pollution, just peace and quiet, plus the fantastic backdrop of Chillingham Castle at the end of the garden. "This property is wonderful for a quiet getaway, it’s beautifully decorated with lots of interesting things to discover and the kitchen is so well equipped, we could have easily hosted a 12 person dinner party!
