"Two night stay for some Xmas shopping. Room clean and comfortable, nice touch with the Elemis toiletries. Enjoyed using yeh spa facilities and lovely meal at The Fat Abbot next door. Have stayed here a few times and it’s always pleasant."

"Staff were great and very helpful. 3 of us stayed. Sadly the sofa bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable so didnt sleep very well. Would definitely look at other hotels in future that had beds rather than sofa beds. Breakfast was as you expected for a buffet, coffee was awful even the staff didnt seem surprised when i asked if they had somewhere to tip the coffee out. "

"Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of parking and for us in particular the electric car charging facilities were very useful. We arrived late and the reception is seperate from the hotel itself but the staff made us welcome and directed to our room. The facilities are faultless. We stayed overlooking the zoo and watched the wolves in the morning for at least 30mins before breakfast. Dining is seperate but again very easy use. Definitely use this location again. Ours was a leisure visit but there were many business people use it too. Recommended. "
