The room was big enough for the both of us and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was a nice place to have breakfast and we also had dinner and tea. "I classed this as ultra modern, but Spartan may be more applicable. Grey passageways throughout. No decoration in rooms, no furniture, chair would be nice. No TV, no minibar, no safe. Breakfast limited. Very clean, shower great, No windows. No indication of chaos in Piccadilly."

"A very cozy stay for a week in London. The staff was always there to help, no issues checking in. The only thing that was tricky is the shower has no proper door so the water went everywhere and we had to dry it but no biggie, everything was truly great during our stay!"
