Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "I was only staying one night so didn't make use of the facilities so can only comment on my room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean which is what I would expect from being a 3-star hotel. I did have an issue with the bathroom though. The shower didn't really work, pressure not good, and shower curtain came down while pulling it closed! Tap water seemed a bit sporadic. Staff service excellent!"
