"This property was very peaceful and had beautiful views. The decor was lovely however, unfortunately there were a few things still waiting to be fixed at the property which let it down. There is no number on the letterbox and we arrived late at night and had a lot of trouble finding it. I had to dust down cobwebs from ceilings above beds and clean mugs before we could use them. "This was a brilliant place for us to stay on a trip with three adult sisters and their kids. The set up of the rooms (the bunk room comes off one of the double rooms) works for family but means lots of traffic through that room. Two toilets is great. The yard is brilliant - lovely and private, nice to sit outside with a big group."

"Kathryn and Kev are absolutely delightful people, so accommodating. I needed to make change to our booking and they were able to do this without any problem. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely location. The only thing I would change is the eco toilet due to the wind. The house is so well equipped everything you could need is readily available. Thank you for your hospitality we loved our stay in Whangarei "

"A wonderful place to stay - thank you. Location to the beach was excellent. Everything was so clean and tidy. 4 generations under the 1 roof. 9 weeks old to 90 years old. Nice and easy for everyone and the trampoline was great for Miss 3 and 8. So easy to get to the beach. Thank you! "
