Nice quiet area, we had a little mishap with our car (the window got smashed) and the owners of the hotel were super helpful in temporarily fixing this, the hotel staff looked after us very well whilst we had to make various phone calls. I DO NOT want to deter people from booking this hotel due to the mishap, it happens and the hotel was very friendly to us.

The property is a little tired and dated, but it’s clean and quiet. We were essentially only there for the night as we went out on a fishing charter during the afternoon / evening. Nice bed and linen - we slept well. Staff were courteous and attentive.

Fine for one night at short notice. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If you arrive after 8, there is not much in the local area for dining options as everything closes pretty early. The place was clean, but expensive for the condition of the property given what we are used to elsewhere for the same price.

Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Disappointing service though. Initial check in was fine. After being in the room for a bit I went to the front desk and advised that the SKY channels in my room were not working, staff asked what room and said they would come and investigate. No one turned up. Also during check-in, I booked an airport transfer for the next morning, but no one turned up and I had to call a taxi. Almost missed my flight due to the management incompetence.

Basic requirement of a place to sleep for a short stay is adequate but has nothing much to offer. Property is somewhat tired looking, probably hasn't seen any upgrades or refurbishment for awhile. A little out of the way from the town centre if one needs to have more dining options.

Another excellent stay here where you are well looked after from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This hotel is a little out of the city centre but only a 5 minute drive and worth it. Great rooms, service and yummy food!

I loved how it wasn’t so modern but it still looked beautiful the bed was very comfortable each meal we received from the hotel was delicious my baby even ate it and he’s fussy, one thing that was a worry for me was how slippery the bath was I almost slipped over a few times even with the mat in the shower it was more of a hazard than help but everything else I loved it will definitely come back again
