"Four of us - all high school friends- celebrate our birthdays together for one week in the fall every year. We’re all 82 now. We chose Providence this year and the Woodbine property from Sunday til Wednesday afternoon. The location was conveniently central to our touring. I was concerned about “available” parking but found spots within the block every evening. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had a basket of unexpected goodies - coffee and health bars. Would highly recommend. "

"The house was clean and nice for an older structure. It appears that the surrounding land is used for boat storage or something. Didn’t bother us but was unexpected. The house itself was clean and the property owner didn’t bother us which is super nice. We would stay again! "

"Overall, it was very nice. The communication from the host on getting in an hour early and how the tv worked could have been better. I think having more than 2 towels and one face cloth per room was a little light. There was also no shampoo, conditioner bath soap. For $1000/night that could have been provided."

"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

"What an amazing, but unfortunately short stay. We had a wedding weekend for a co-worker of mine. It was myself, my husband and my adult son. Walking distance to the venue at the Gardiner House and the Greek Orthodox church, all restaurants, bars, shops & and beach. Location was absolutely fabulous. Unit was immaculate and furnished with everything you would need for a perfect stay! Amanda (Landlord) was extremely responsive. "
