"The place was nicely finished. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking meals. Could hear footsteps from upstairs (4 bedroom) unit but not any voices. Could hear some kitchen noise and muffled music in evenings from bar below, but not too bad. With a few extras (coat hooks, minor maintenance fixes, more silverware, etc) could be even better!
