"Traveling to Encino for a birthday party and the LA fires ended up being the news around the world. The home was spacious and clean. The home was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were able to easily host dinners with family. There are so many great restaurants 2-5 minutes away. We were never lacking for anything. Pool and back yard were spotless. A true private oasis."

"We stayed at Olivia’s guest house this past weekend and it was a beautiful place with even more beautiful views! The check in process was simple and easy, the location was very scenic and the house itself was well maintained and very clean and quiet. One minor thing to note is that the HVAC is very noisy. It wasn’t an issue for our stay since the temperatures were mild, so we didn’t need to use the system at all. Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again"

"We enjoyed our stay in Agoura Hills. The house location is ideal, close to the 101, shopping and restaurants. We were impressed by both the cleanliness of the house and the communication with the owner. There was plenty of room for us and enjoyed the backyard which included a pool, hot tub and gas grill. One suggestion would be to have a king size bed in the master bedroom. The room is large enough for it and we would have enjoyed that. Overall, we would stay again when in the Conejo Valley...

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Malibu. The property itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The owner was incredibly responsive, and any minor issues we encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved.However, the road leading to the villa can be a bit nerve-wracking. The guardrails were damaged by the January fires, making the drive feel less secure. If you're not comfortable with steep, winding roads, this may be something to consider, or wait...

"We has such a wonderful time in Pt Dume. The property was in the best location, grounds were FAB ! We relaxed, played and explored the area. Classic Cali home w a wonderful kitchen, plenty of room and wonderful amenities ….."

"We loved the view and the generous grounds around the property. Lots to explore. Some of the outdoor furniture could have been set up cleaner but overall loved reading and relaxing outside. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen and coffee etc was great - thank you! The plumbing is old and we respect that but it was unusual for us to abide by some of the requirements and the upstairs shower didn't drain. Thankfully there were multiple showers and we made it work. Overall - it was a...
