"This was the most ideal stay in Malibu… the property was perfect, the view absolutely divine. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Only thing missing was a washer and dryer but that wasn’t a make or break, just pack accordingly. The view from the room and the room’s deck is unmatched!! I wish I could’ve stayed forever!!"

"This guest cottage is roomy and beautiful. The location could not have been much nicer - the beaches are easily accessible, you are right on the PCH and can easily travel the length of the Malibu community in 15 or 20 minutes, and a grocery store and restaurants are nearby. There is plenty of comfortable furniture, and the use of the private hot tub and pool on the premise was greatly appreciated. The garden/landscaping is fantastic. We saw many hummingbirds each day. Definitely a great value."

"We absolutely loved this Oceanfront property. The sound of the waves and spectacular ocean view was so relaxing. We cannot wait to return. The home was clean and spacious. The location was ideal; close to Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Ventura. Communication with Oraklus Properties was superb. I highly recommend!"

"Surfrider is a quaint, boutique hotel in beautiful Malibu. We stayed here while visiting Pepperdine University nearby and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the beach house vibe was exactly as advertised. My only feedback to keep in mind for future guests is that it is not quiet (PCH is very noisy) and it is VERY difficult to get a ride-share (Uber or Lyft). If you have to get somewhere on time, just take into account that an Uber may take a long time and there's no guarantee that there will be one at all. Will definitely be back!!"

"Overall, we loved this property. Proximity to Santa Monica pier was great. Was in town for a game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This property is a bit of a haul from Pasadena, but well worth it. A few minor things that were more of an aggravation that a deal breaker. Master shower is absolutely stupid the way it is set up sideways and sprays water all over the bathroom regardless of the position of the curtain. Light switch in master not dimming all the way to off and leaving light in "hall" on 24/7"
